No-one wants to be unhappy with a service they've paid for. Therefore, if you are unhappy with the service, and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund for any outstanding subscription charges (minus any payment handling charges incurred by us). You will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining period on your current subscription period. For example, if you have subscribed for a year, and 3 months remain at the time of refund, you will receive a refund for those 3 months. If you subscribe on a month by month basis, you will receive a refund for the remaining duration of your month's subscription.
